THE LIBRARY
A small collection of things to practice with.
Two collections, in service of the everyday. Films of movement. Sounds for the still hour. Both free, both quiet, both in your own time.
Yoga · Four Sequences
Enter the films →Movement, in service of stillness.
One sequence for each hour of the day, mirroring the rhythm of the day. Filmed in India, with no music or counting over the top.
Meditation · Chants & mantras
Enter the sounds →Sounds, for the quiet hour.
Three traditions to sit with — to walk with, or to leave on while the room settles.
Tibetan
Chants from the Tibetan Buddhist tradition. Bowls, mantras, the long held note.
Vedic
OM and the older mantras. Single tones, slow repetition, the syllable as practice.
Nature
Forests, rain, distant birdsong. Field recordings for the room to settle into.
Lectures — spoken guidance from a teacher — live in the same collection, added as they’re delivered.
I
Free
No subscription, no pricing tier. The library belongs to the practice, not to the brand.
II
One email
A single entry, then the library opens. We send one welcome note, then nothing for a while.
III
In your own time
Watch, listen, return. Or don't. There is no schedule, no streak, no count to maintain.
Both collections live inside one library. The films were made first, in Dubai. The sounds came later — gathered from open sources we trust. If you have arrived here from a Meditation Pot, the sounds are why.
