When you visit cravista.com, we capture:

• Information you give us — primarily your email address, if you choose to enter The Yoga Library. We do not require any other identification.
• Information collected automatically — browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on each page, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers, or payment details through cravista.com. Those concerns belong to our commerce sites (cravista.in, cravista.ae) when you make a purchase there.

Email addresses: to give you access to The Yoga Library, and to send you occasional notes about new films, sequences, and brand moments.

Automatic data: to understand how visitors use cravista.com, to measure our marketing, and to show relevant Cravista ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). We never sell or trade your personal data.

• Email addresses are stored in our content database (Sanity) for The Yoga Library access management.
• When we begin sending welcome emails and brand notes, addresses will also be stored in our communications platform (Klaviyo) — this is a planned future step.
• Website analytics are processed through privacy-respecting services that do not personally identify you.
• We use the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure our advertising and build audiences for it. It is operated by Meta Platforms under its own terms, and it is the same pixel used on our store, so a visit that begins here and continues to the shop is measured as one journey.

Both Sanity and (in future) Klaviyo are reputable platforms with their own data protection commitments.

We advertise Cravista on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure those ads and reach people likely to be interested, we use the Meta Pixel — a small piece of code that tells Meta which pages were viewed. We use the same pixel on cravista.com and on our store, so a visit that begins here and continues to the shop is measured as one journey.

• In the EU, EEA, and the UK, the pixel stays off until you accept it on the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, it does not load.
• Elsewhere, the pixel loads when you visit. You can opt out at any time through your browser's cookie controls or Meta's ad settings.
• The pixel does not receive your name or email from this site, and we do not use it to infer sensitive information.

We keep your email for as long as you wish to receive Yoga Library access and brand notes. You may request removal at any time by writing to hello@cravista.com.

You have the right to:

• Know what we have on file about you.
• Request a copy.
• Request correction.
• Request deletion.
• Withdraw consent at any time.

cravista.com is not intended for children under sixteen. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under that age. If you become aware that a child has provided us their information, please contact us.

cravista.com is the brand home of Cravista — a small studio in Dubai making considered everyday objects. The site exists to share what we make, how we make it, and a small library of yoga films offered freely to anyone who provides an email address.

cravista.com itself does not sell anything. Purchases happen on our country-specific commerce sites:

• cravista.ae (UAE, when live)

Those sites have their own terms.

Access to The Yoga Library is free, requires only an email address, and the films are intended for personal practice. You may not re-record, re-distribute, or commercially reuse the film content.

We work to keep what is written here accurate. We are a small team, and details about products, pricing on partner sites, and launch timelines may change. We do not guarantee that all content will be current at all times.

cravista.com is offered as is. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. Where we are responsible, it is limited to the extent allowed by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be resolved in Dubai courts, where the brand is based.

These terms may change. The "last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. By continuing to use the site after changes, you accept the new version.

• We do not sell or trade your personal data.
• We do not use the Meta Pixel to collect your name, email, or any sensitive information from this site.
• We do not load the Meta Pixel for visitors in the EU, EEA, or UK who have not accepted it.
